This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) outlines the privacy practices for [CMS BPHC] (“the App”), a frontend application for the Moodle CMS (“CMS”). - 1.1. User Credentials: The App does not store any user credentials outside the local storage of your device. We do not collect, transmit, or retain any login credentials for the CMS.
- 1.2. Communication with Moodle CMS: The App solely interacts with the Moodle CMS using the API provided by the CMS. The App retrieves data from the CMS, such as course materials, assignments, and grades, and displays it to you within the App’s user interface. All communication occurs directly between the App and the CMS, and we do not collect, store, or have access to any data transmitted between the CMS and the App.

- 2.1. Local Device Storage: The App may store certain data, such as user preferences and settings, locally on your device’s storage. This data is solely used to enhance your user experience within the App and is not transmitted to us or any third parties.
- 2.2. Encryption: We implement reasonable security measures to protect the data stored within the App and during communication with the CMS. However, please note that no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
- Third-Party Services
- 3.1. No Third-Party Involvement: The App does not involve any third-party services or providers. The data flow is solely between the App and the Moodle CMS.
Children’s Privacy: The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personal information from Children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate action.
Changes to this Privacy Policy: We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes to this Policy will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on the App. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the App after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
